SENIOR LAWYER
(CITY BASE: La Paz)
Huawei Technologies (Bolivia) S.R.L., is looking for a Lawyer, to be part of the Legal Team.
Requirements
- Law Degree, registered in RPA (Registro Público de la Abogacia).
- At least 5 years experience in the prívate industry field, desirable in Telecommunications Company.
- Master in Corporate/Business Law (desirable).
- High manage of Microsoft Office and internet tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills, presentation, and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English (excluding).
Main functions
- Take charge of PQD contracts.
- Legal Department procurement.
- Provide assessment in Corporate legal issues.
- Provide assessment in Employment Law.
- Draft legal documents, legal letters, letters.
- Knowledge in Judicial proceedings (Arbitration, Civil, Labor).
- Law Compliance, and report to Legal Director.
