As a Dispatch Agent, you will oversee the real-time coordination of drivers and vehicles, ensuring efficient movement and adherence to schedules. Your responsibilities include booking drivers for our loads, responding to driver inquiries and emergencies, monitoring routes, sending and maintaining records and documentation on our CRM. With strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in optimizing logistics operations and ensuring timely deliveries.
Required Skills:
- Experience in dispatching or sales preferred.
- Advanced Proficiency in English (Spoken and Written).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant technology tools handling and advanced computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and with a team.
