Commercial Product Coordinator

 

Open opportunity:

Pure! Bolivia (DMC) Destination Management Company is looking for a Commercial Product Coordinator for our office in La Paz.

 

Position goals:

●       Conduct supplier and product audits, establish commercial agreements, maintain an up-to-date rate sheet, and ensure Toogo system functionality to guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction.

●       Negotiate and establish annual rates and credit agreements with suppliers, ensuring competitive rates.

●       Update supplier's rates, client's rates, and BBDD supplier's profile according to the established agreements and schedules.

●       Validate that rate agreements with suppliers are correctly loaded into the Toogo system.

●       Support the Team Commercial Leader with negotiations and product development based on customer requirements.

●       Create and share monthly reports on new products or product updates with the team.

●       Follow up on customer complaints or claims about the services provided by the suppliers.

●       Coordinate weekly meetings with the Regional Product Coordinator to achieve the company’s objectives.

●       Fam Trips organization and monitoring.

●       Participate in national fairs with suppliers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

●       Education: Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, related fields, or replaceable experience.

●       Language skills: Advanced English level (written and spoken). Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

●       Experience required for this position: At least two years in similar positions.

●       Skills and expertise: Staff management, report writing, deep understanding of company processes, and proficiency in the Toogo system.

●       Required: Compliance with and understanding the company’s internal regulations, workplace health, and safety regulations, as well as induction manuals and job descriptions.
