• Educational Experience: We value primary/secondary teaching experience. Teachers must be able to adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of students of different ages.
• Passion for Teaching: We are looking for teachers who are passionate about education and believe in the potential of each student. Empathy and commitment are key.
• Innovation and Creativity: We value teachers' ability to create a stimulating learning environment and use innovative pedagogical methods.
