As a Commercial Team Leader, you will foster strong client relationships, develop innovative sales strategies, and lead a dynamic team to accomplish sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute activities related to sales and internal operations processes, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction to meet established goals.
Maintain strong relations with clients, and negotiate contracts and rates with clients and suppliers to guarantee quality services according to customer needs.
Analyze KPIs, conduct market research, and track monthly sales performance to provide recommendations and maintain innovative and competitive offerings.
Implement commercial strategies based on purchasing behaviors and trends to boost revenue and profitability with existing and potential customers.
Train and develop the sales team to enhance skills, professionalism, and performance, while ensuring the compliance of the company’s guidelines and processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
Experience required for this position: At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles.
Required: Compliance with and understanding the company’s internal regulations, workplace health, and safety regulations, as well as induction manuals and job descriptions.
